This “Cookie Cake” from Martha Stewart, is made from stacked Oreos and they added a lit sparkler to the top to celebrate the New Year. I loved how this turned out and I immediately started thinking of other cookies that could be stacked to make a fun presentation at a dessert bar. Using a variety of favorite cookies together would work, too, if they were about the same size as each other. And while this particular one is large and impressive, a smaller and more manageable one would be perfect at a children’s party!
