Fruit Pie Cookies
Use your favorite pie filling to make these adorable fruit pie cookies.
1 pkg pie crust dough
1 can pie filling
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Roll out pie crust dough to 1/4-inch thickness. Use circular cookie cutter or top of glass to cut dough into circles. Top with 1 to 2 spoonfuls of cherry pie filling. Layer with additional, cut pieces of dough to make your favorite design. Bake at 350 degrees F until lightly browned on bottom and cooked through, about 20–25 minutes.
