easter baking

One of my favorite things to do is looking at kitchen baking supplies. But, since I live pretty far from a mall, I do my favorite activity online. I have a great time looking at all the seasonal baking items and making plans for how to use them all. I thought I might share some of the best ideas that I found with you.

This cookie decorating set from Williams-Sonoma has so many fun ideas. My daughter loves using polymer clay, so I immediately thought how well these tools would work for that, too. It comes with four cutters, four rollers, and six stamps. Fun! I like how they color the dough so you don’t need to add frosting (not my favorite part of the cookie!).

This Bunny Cake would be easy for even a novice like me to make using the bunny shaped pan.

I’m a sucker for sprinkles and I love this Mix Easter Sprinkle Assortment. It has six compartments with a different kind of sprinkle in each, including: bunny sprinkle mix, colorful egg mix, spring confetti, lavender, pink, and yellow sugars.

Another simple decorating tool for the beginner (like me!), the Easter Cupcake & Cookie Stencils make cookie decorating fast and easy.

Easter Grass and Egg Sprinkles would look great on frosted cookies or cupcakes!

The Nordic Ware Easter Egg Pan makes lovely eggs either frosted or not. I thought of making beautiful muffins for Easter morning in this pan.

I’d love to add this set of Cookie Cutters to my collection! And I love the egg canister they come in, I’d probably use it for a decoration.

I was so excited to see these beautiful cookie cutter/molds! I’ve used molds and cutters, but not at the same time. These are just gorgeous and are “inspired by vintage designs from the 1950s. The set of eight includes rose, daisy, tulip, dahlia, ladybug, butterfly, bumblebee and dragonfly. Easy to use: simply press the cutters into rolled-out dough to cut out cookies imprinted with creative detailing.”

I loved the detail on the Hoppy Easter Pretzel Candy Mold and the Wilton Bunny Basket Candy Mold. Plus, the cost under two dollars for either set, so that’s a pretty good deal.

What a beautiful way to present an Easter gift!Meri Meri Happy Easter Cupcake Box, Large 3-Pack It comes with a gift tag and real curtains and shutters, plus it has a removable tray makes so you can serve the sweets right out of the front door!
